Project Details

KMB Design Group provided complete Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering services for the renovation and addition to this dog bone manufacturing plant.

Features of note for this project included new efficient mechanical system, new electrical service and backfeed of existing utility relocation, new plumbing service upgrades, and structural design for high rack storage on upper level of this 2 story addition. Construction is pending.

In addition, KMB continues to provide engineering and design-build support for various needs throughout the facility, which has included: new processing lines and electrical distribution; new metering, monitoring and energy supplier; new capacitor banks for improved power factor; as-builting.

We are now in the early stages of a design to provide new cooling and dehumidification and improved ventilation throughout the existing plant.
