The construction documents KMB produced for this project were to be used as Lightbridge Academy’s prototypical drawings moving forward for all future projects.

Plumbing:

New Plumbing services, equipment & distribution

Sprinkler:

New Sprinkler service & distribution systems via performance specification drawings, for bidding purposes only

HVAC:

New HVAC equipment & distribution systems. KMB guided Lightbridge Academy in improving the HVAC equipment/systems they had implemented on previous projects before KMB’s involvement.

Electrical:

New Electric service & power for all equipment, convenience outlets, and appliances.
New circuiting and control for new interior lighting layout

Fire Alarm:

New Fire Alarm system & devices

Construction Administration:

Review and approval contractor equipment/product submittal packets.
Review and provide approval of contractor shop drawings.
Provide telephone and written support during the construction phase to contractor request for additional information .
Attend project construction conference call and/or calls with Authority Having Jurisdiction to provide MEP support as needed.
