We manage subcontractors as if they are part of the KMB family, thus maintaining accountability and ensuring quality.
- Construction Managers are teamed up with subs on a project basis. Supply Chain & Construction Management select the best sub for the specific project. Executed MSAs protect all parties involved.
- All subcontractors will be trained in client procedures and specifications prior to any work being awarded.
